Services

  • I provide individual therapy for adolescents and adults who are looking for a safe space to explore and process their experiences. I have clinical experience working with a variety of mental health disorders such as: depression, anxiety, PTSD, bipolar, ODD, DMDD, and borderline personality disorder. I also have experience working with addiction and substance abuse. I practice with treatment modalities that include: CBT, DBT, ACT, and I will soon be able to offer EMDR treatment.

  • I provide family therapy for families who are looking to strengthen their bonds through improving communication skills and strengthening healthy boundaries.

  • I am currently in the process of getting credentialed with multiple insurances, if you do not see your insurance listed below I may still be working on those applications.

    Self pay rates:

    • Individual Intake session: $200

    • Individual sessions: $150

    • Family Intake: $250

    • Family sessions: $200

    I also offer a sliding scale for those who are in need or until I am in network with your insurance. please message me for more details about the sliding scale, I understand the cost of counseling can be a road block and I am willing to work with you!

Get to know me!

Hello! My name is Sydney, I am a licensed clinical professional counselor (LCPC) and I received my masters in clinical mental health counseling from Idaho State University in 2023. I have been in practice for over three years and have enjoyed all of the experiences this job has brought me. In my free time I am a big fan of running with my dog Geno, as well as getting outside whether it be fishing or hiking.

Geno is a registered therapy dog and joins me at the office! I understand dogs are not for everyone and you have the right to choose if you would like Geno present during our sessions.
